เคล็ดลับหน้าใส เคล็ดลับผิวสวย จากธรรมชาติ

Tip 1: Canlendula Oil (Anti-Flamming / Healing)http://www.all-about-soap.com/index.php/en/natural-tips/67-natural-tips.html

Calendula, also known as pot marigold, is an herb whose blossoms yield calendula oil, known
for its skin-care properties. Calendula oil’s regenerative and anti-inflammatory
properties are known to successfully heal a variety of damage. The oil promotes the healing of wounds, burns, and tissue and softens and soothes dry, chapped skin.

Tip 2: Avocado Oil (Deep moisturizing / Enriching)

Avocados contain the skin-nourishing vitamins A and D, as well as linoleic acid, which
strengthens cell walls, making skin stronger. It is safe for all skin types. Avocados provides intense moisturization for dry skin. Applied specifically, this oil repairs damaged skin,
such as on the elbows, knees, or heels.

Tip 3: Olive Oil (Mild & Clean / Moisturizing)

Olive oil is a very good moisturizer, not because it has its own healing properties, but because it attracts external moisture, holds the moisture close to skin, and forms a breathable film to prevent loss of internal moisture. Olive oil does not block the natural function of the skin while performing its own. Pure olive oil soap, and those made with a high percentage of olive oil and no harsh additives, are genrally safe for sensitive skin and babies.

Tip 4: Jojoba Oil (Liquid wax / Superfatting / Soften)

Healthy skin receives a regular flow of sebum which lubricates and softens the skin, and traps
bacteria that we later wash away with soap. Jojoba oil contains more than four times the
waxy esters found within human sebum. When our skin’s system is pushed past its limits,
jojoba oil helps us maintain normal functions while allowing the skin a chance to repair and
rebalance.

Tip 5: Rosehip Seed Oil (Anti-scaly skin / Enriching)

This essential oil has high percentages of gamma-linolenic acid. The human body does
not produce these essential fatty acids (also known as vitamin F), so we must be sure to
include these nutrientsin skin-care products. Rosehip seed oils are easily absorbed by the
skin, encouraging the transport of these essential fatty acids.

Tip 6: Sweet Orange Oil (Nurturing, Gentle & Sweet)

For hundreds of year, orange trees naturalized themselves in the hot and dry climate. Sweet Orange is a sun-safe citrus oil, it isnot phototoxic, so you can use it on your skin even if you
are planning to go out in the sun.

Tip 7: Peppermint Oil (Revitalizing, Refreshing & Energizing)

Peppermint oil is non-toxic. The essential oil has a cooling, pungent menthol aroma, with clean,
sweet top notes. This oil is a moderate skin sensitizer and enhances positivity.

Tip 8: Kaffir Lime Oil (Euphoric, Nurturing & Refreshing)

Kaffir Lime Oil was an ingredient in the earliest formula of “eau de Cologne”, in the 18th
century, this oil has a delightful aroma: fresh and young with strong citrus notes, and a
sweetness as it evaporates. This oil is non-toxic, non-irritating and non-sensitizing
so is safe for all skin types.

Tip 9: Rosemary Oil (Invigorating, Strengthening & Vibrant)

Its strong aroma is concentrated in its vibrant and vigorous green leaves, which
are used as a popular culinary flavouring, as well as a healing herb. Rosemary
essential oil has a powerful effect, so always use moderate amounts. One of the
most fresh and pungent oils, it’s aroma is instantly youthful and deliciously herbaceous.
